The Local Regional Supervisor will be your main contact for all welfare issues

• She will contact you within 48 hours of your arrival at the homestay to check that you have everything you need in accordance with the information you provided at the time of booking
• All course books and materials, supported by academic staff at our study centre and business school here in Canterbury
• A Language Level Test when you start the course at the teacher’s home, followed by a Needs Analysis to establish exactly what you want from the course. A Course Report, End of Course Report and Certificate of Attendance will be given on conclusion of the course.
• Extra activities and excursion package is possible for a supplement and must be pre-booked
