What should I do if I would like to book a course?

Complete and return to us the application form and the self-assessment level test (https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/) Online application form is also available.

Our Regional Supervisor will start the selection process to find the most appropriate teachers and accommodation which match your requirements.

We will send your booking confirmation, information pack and invoice.

What is included with our Adult Programme (18+)?

15 hours of private language lessons with full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and accommodation. No special activities included.

If you wish to have some local outings with your family, please add Local Excursion Programme for Adult (3 afternoons of activities per week), this is an extra charge

What is included with our Junior Programme (under 18)?

15 hours of private language lessons with full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and accommodation, plus Child Care and Local Activities and Excursions Programme (3 afternoons of activities per week).

The Child Care Programme is mandatory under 16, however we strongly recommend the Local Activities/Excursions also for 16 and 17 years old.

Can I stay with my child?

Yes, we offer Home Language Tuition for families, too!

Will I be given a key to my homestay and bedroom?

Yes, for adults over 18yrs the host will give you a key for the main entrance but normally bedrooms are not lockable.

Will I be able to do my washing?

Yes, this is no problem but please speak with your host first and ask when it is convenient.

If I have some problems, who can I speak to?

For general issues, your teacher and their family are willing to help you straightaway. If problems are not solved by your teacher, the Regional Supervisor will be always happy to assist.

If I don't like my family, can I change?

Yes. If after consultation with the Regional Supervisor you would still prefer to move, we will arrange for a change of family.

By carefully selecting the most suitable family for you, we can almost certainly avoid the need to change tutor.

The Regional Supervisor will also contact you within 48 hours of your arrival at the house or after your first lesson to check that everything is satisfactory.

Do I receive a certificate after I finish the programme?

Yes, you will receive a Certificate and Course Report from us.

Do I need a visa to travel?

  • Please check your visa requirements first. We will be able to issue a visa supporting letter for you.
