Transfers can be arranged to pick you up from the airport/seaport and take you directly to the family. Please see price list for the cost of transfers. The transfers are usually done by the host family or by taxi. We require a minimum of 7 days notice of the flight details to guarantee transfers. Please notify us if you will be using the unaccompanied minor service of the airlines when you send the flight details. Additional charges apply for unaccompanied minors.
Assistance on Arrival
This must be booked in advance. Concorde International couriers / drivers will meet your child at the designated airline meeting point. The courier / driver will escort your child to their waiting vehicle, help with luggage and check that the driver has the correct address and any other relevant information.
Assisted Check-in for Departure
This must be booked in advance. When flying home, we will help your child to get to the airport on time, help with luggage and passport at check-in, and then walk to the departure zone. The driver / courier will watch and wait until your child has gone through the departure security gates. Once they go through security the drivers will leave the airport. This service is always recommended for younger students as our drivers / couriers will be there to help if the flight is delayed or cancelled
Unaccompanied Minor Service
This must be booked in advance. Some airlines require additional security for younger travellers. Concorde International couriers / drivers will complete hand-over forms at the airline check-in and wait with the child until the airline staff can take the child through security.
Our airport couriers and drivers
All our couriers, drivers and appointed taxi and coach companies are DBS checked for safeguarding purposes and are experienced with meeting and greeting international students at the airports. During busy times, we are very happy to work with Airport Angels who are an experienced company specialising with airport meet and greet service. Airport Angels can also provide a higher level of service, including meeting your child on the plane, walking to passport control, collecting luggage, going through security and meeting with the driver.
